Dr. Theresa Joseph

Dr. Theresa Joseph brings over 30 years of leadership experience spanning military service, federal administration, and educational leadership. As the Area Administrative Director at the US Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Research Service, she has honed her expertise in guiding teams and managing complex organizations. A retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army, Dr. Joseph holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD) and currently serves as the owner of LEAD06, LLC, where she focuses on empowering organizations through leadership development and executive coaching.

Her leadership philosophy centers on the belief that people are an organization’s greatest asset. Dr. Joseph is passionate about equipping leaders with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to cultivate productive teams and foster organizational success. She firmly believes leadership is both an innate quality and a skill that can be developed, and through her work, she demonstrates how leaders at all levels can grow and excel.
